Is It Safe?
Your child’s safety is our top priority. General anesthesia is administered and monitored by our anesthesiologist. Your child’s vital signs such as heart rate, breathing, and oxygen levels are continuously monitored throughout the procedure.
Scheduling for General Anesthesia
To schedule a procedure under general anesthesia, we first require an initial examination appointment. This visit allows us to evaluate the patient’s overall health and determine whether they meet the necessary qualifications to safely undergo general anesthesia.
Provided the child has no underlying medical complications, we are typically able to schedule both the initial exam and the anesthesia appointment within a two-week timeframe.
