You’ve Got Questions - We’ve Got Answers

We know that choosing a new dental specialist can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. That’s why we want you to rest assured that you’ve chosen well. Below you’ll find answers to some of our clients’ frequently asked questions. We've been able to cover quite a few topics, but if there’s something we haven’t touched on, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Do you offer financing options?

Our practice offers a variety of convenient payment options to meet your family’s needs. We gladly accept cash, as well as all major credit and debit cards. For patients who prefer a flexible payment plan, we also partner with CareCredit, a trusted healthcare financing option designed to make treatment more manageable.

Our team is happy to guide you through available options and help you find a solution that works comfortably for you. We are committed to delivering exceptional care with transparency and value. If you have any questions regarding your account or payment options, please contact our office—we are always here to assist you.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

If your child is experiencing pain or a dental emergency, we make every effort to see you as soon as possible—often the same day. Our schedule is thoughtfully designed to minimize wait times and accommodate families efficiently.

Because our doctors provide a comprehensive range of specialized services, some appointments may require additional time and attention. On occasion, urgent cases may arise that can impact our schedule. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience, and we remain committed to providing each child with the attentive, high-quality care they deserve.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

Our office is committed to providing exceptional care while making the financial process as seamless and convenient as possible. We proudly accept most major insurance plans, including all Medicaid options, and our team works diligently to help you maximize your benefits for covered services.

If you have any questions regarding your coverage or benefits, our knowledgeable staff is always available to assist you. To help us serve you efficiently, we kindly ask that you bring your current insurance information to your appointment so we can facilitate timely processing and reimbursement.

What Should i bring to my appointment ?

Please bring your insurance information, a list of medications, and any referral forms or X-rays if provided by your dentist.
