We know that choosing a new dental specialist can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. That’s why we want you to rest assured that you’ve chosen well. Below you’ll find answers to some of our clients’ frequently asked questions. We've been able to cover quite a few topics, but if there’s something we haven’t touched on, please don’t hesitate to ask.

 

Do you offer financing options?

Our practice offers a wide range of payment options. Our treatment coordinator will work out a plan suited to your individual needs. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We also offer a separate line of credit for health care expenses through Care Credit. There are no application fees, prepayment penalties or down payments.
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact our billing department

Can I get a same-day appointment?

If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact the doctors at Grace Children's Dentistry provide many types of services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

Our office will make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. 
Please bring your insurance information with you to your scheduled appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.
